About Montenegro

Beautiful Montenegro

Montenegro is a simple, unspoiled, relaxed and easygoing country. There is something for everyone in Montenegro: from remote sun-kissed beaches, crystal-clear seas, quaint fishing villages, Roman ruins and medieval cities to the lofty mountains and lakes, fast mountain rivers with steep breathtaking gourges. There is nowhere else that you can find in such a small place so much natural wealth and beauty. In the morning you can wake up in the beautiful Adriatic coast, have lunch at the unspoilt Skadar Lake and enjoy evening walks in the spectacular Montenegrin mountains.

Montenegro's stunning coastline

Montenegro's stunning coastline is on the Adriatic Sea, one of the cleanest seas in the Mediterranean and wonderfully warm. There are 117 beaches that are a total of 290 kilometres long from top to bottom.  The water is so clean that you can see tiny stones 30 feet under. The interior is completely undiscovered and unspoilt and it's great for outdoor pursuits.

Property capital appreciation in Montenegro

The potential for capital appreciation in Montenegro is significant. Property prices are very competitive even when compared to its neighbours – 25% less than Croatia. As the Republic moves closer to EU accession the property inflation is expected to rise as it did in other countries joyning the Union – e.g. Greek property prices rose by up to 400% in the 4 years running up to membership.

Only two and a half hours flying to Montenegro

Montenegro is much closer to the UK than many people imagine, only two and a half hours flying time from London and three hours from Manchester and Birmingham. Dubrovnik, which is in neighbouring Croatia and has got excellent connections with all major airports in the UK, is only 20min drive from Montenegrin border and lovely town of Herceg Novi.
